Lane Alertsby RouteAware

Privacy

Short, because there isn’t much to disclose.

What we store

Your email address (plus an optional CC address) and the lanes you set up — origin, destination, watch settings, and the check results we compute for them. No passwords, because there are no accounts.

What we do with it

One thing: email you about your lanes — a welcome note when you create a watch, and alerts when a verdict changes. Every email includes a link to manage or unsubscribe the watch.

What we never do

We never sell your data, and we never share your email or lanes with anyone for marketing. That’s not a policy we might revisit — it’s how RouteAware works. If Lane Alerts shows ads someday to stay free, advertisers get ad space, not your data.

How long we keep it

Lanes expire automatically after 60 days (or once the pickup window passes) and stop generating email. Deleting a watch from its manage link deactivates it immediately.
